Let's get straight into the breath. Allowing the breath to initiate movement, working from the centre of our being and a focused and steady inhale/exhale. Remembering that we don't step on the mat to 'fix' ourselves or 'get rid' of any emotions. We simply be where we are, wholeheartedly.
Feeling good comes from within! Make yourself a cup of tea, put on some tunes and chill out. A super gentle practice for absolutely anyone, this Self Love Yoga practice is all about turning inward and giving ourselves permission to feel rest and feel good .
